Notes
The initials at the end of the inscription may be those of Deacon (Šammās) ‛A(zīz) B(uṭrus) (d.1965), who may have inscribed the text. An Arabic translation appears below the Syriac inscription but the donor is named Sulaimān Manṣūr Kaddūr; about the latter see notes of AA.02.02 (notes).
