Hover a word for its meaning. Glosses draw on Amir Harrak’s translations and the SEDRA 3 Syriac lexicon (Beth Mardutho), used for academic purposes.

(1-3) In the year 1903 of our Lord, when we opened in this church a hole in the wall between the martyrion and the sanctuary, we found a reliquary inside which there were 15 fragments of bones of martyrs. And in this year (4-6) we saw in this same wall another reliquary with 17 (bone) fragments in it—we added them to the other ones and placed them together here. We wrote down this information for commemoration in this year, 1929 of our Lord (Arab.) the year 1929.
