English Translation

(1-4) Do not keep your wrath. Your Will wanted (and) it fashioned me, and the image and your blood? he wished and the commandment, which he trespassed and neglected, was repressed. Thus, death corrupted (5-7) his body members and therefore I this x x x and the loving One who fashioned me x x x alive in the pools of water about which the Lord had spoken.

(1-3) Beauty and attractive is the image of Adam. Death corrupted him, and since he repressed and trespassed the commandment, he set free the spirit (4-6) of his (human) structure. Blessed be the One who gave him form. Blessed be the One who renews his image and who clothes his body members with glory.
